bringing brands to life through creative connections

Meet Marissa

I’ve always loved a challenge—whether it’s solving customer problems through great content or pushing myself to learn something new. Content marketing gives me the chance to do both. I get to connect with people, figure out their needs, and create content that truly helps. From building out social media strategies to crafting SEO-driven campaigns, I love turning ideas into something meaningful that makes an impact.

My career has been a mix of agency and in-house roles, each one teaching me something new. At SharkNinja, I worked on content development and collaborated with teams to bring big product launches to life. At TJX, I managed signage campaigns and created newsletters from start to finish. My time at Social Thrive helped me sharpen my skills in social media strategy and content creation for a range of industries. No matter the role, I’ve always brought a creative and problem-solving mindset to the table.

When I’m not working, I’m probably staying active—I was a DII varsity swimmer at Bentley University, and now I swim in a masters program, do CrossFit, and I’m training for a half marathon (yes, I love a good sweat!). I also grew up singing and taking vocal lessons, and I still love playing guitar. Writing is a big passion of mine too—I’m even working toward publishing a book someday. Oh, and I can’t forget my brother’s dog, Loki! He’s the star of his new Instagram (@lotsoflokii), and I love documenting all his adventures.

For me, content marketing isn’t just a job—it’s something I genuinely enjoy because it’s all about connecting with people. Whether I’m brainstorming a new campaign or learning a new skill in the gym, I’m always ready to dive in and give it my all.
