Crafting Comedy and Chemistry: My Film Directing Journey at Bentley University
Exploring Visual Storytelling, Creative Direction, and Ensemble Dynamics in Film
As part of Bentley University’s Film Directing class, I gained hands-on experience in directing and producing a scene from Friends, focusing on ensemble dynamics and comedic timing. I chose “The One with the Embryos,” a quintessential scene that highlights group chemistry and humor, as my project. From casting and storyboarding to cinematography and editing, I led the creative process, honing my skills in visual storytelling and project management. My work culminated in a polished final product that demonstrated my ability to bring a script to life with a clear vision and strong creative direction.
